The latest in iPad fashion has a decidedly reptilian air: Starting last night, Oscar de la Renta is offering four python- and crocodile-swathed iPad clutches in select boutiques and online.
The elegantly aggressive cases include a blazing red python clutch, a pearlized python taupe clutch and a pearlized rose python iPad clutch, all priced at $390. A black embossed crocodile leather clutch costs $290.
Each is lined in pure suede and features a snap closure. A metal plate reading “Oscar de la Renta” is positioned discretely near the bottom of each case.
This isn’t the first time Oscar has endeavored to make tech fashionable; his $290 red iPad envelope has been available online for months.
